Should I talk about a young woman who got married off to an alcoholic, got beaten by him till she escaped from his clutches, and came to Bangalore in search of a job while staying in the kitchen of a PG owner who agreed to let her stay there till she found a job, who is now a proud Hygiene Officer? Or about a hotel cleaner boy much abused by cooks and the owner who is a proud chef? Or about a farmer who lost his crops and assets and is a professional, sustainable gardener? The list is enormous. Each is a Netflix-worthy story! With enough masalas and sweat, blood and tears with happy endings!
What The Fractal Entrepreneurship Model does is this:
- INTRODUCTION TO HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES: It introduces each entrepreneur or folks joining as co-entrepreneurs to healthier lifestyle habits for better mental and physical health through whole food plant-based diet and SKY practices
- DEEPLY RELEVANT SOFT SKILLS: It enables each person to follow Marshall Rosenberg’s techniques of Non-violent communication
- EXPOSURE TO PROBLEM-SOLVING AND INNOVATION: It enables visionary entrepreneurs to learn about problem-solving and innovation methodologies. They are introduced to the IDEIn Innovation process and Chanakya Sparks, a strategy tool.
- EXPOSURE TO SUSTAINABILITY, INCLUSIVITY AND EQUITY: It enables everyone in the system to learn about these three concepts and practise them in their lives every living moment.
- NO ONE FEELS LOST: It enables long-term mentoring of everyone by folks within the community, ensuring that no one feels at a loss.
- PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE: It enables folks to talk without commenting, commanding and demanding over time
- MENTAL HEALTH CONTINUUM: It helps them to solve issues like anger, jealousy, greed, desires and feeling lonely and lost without too much trouble any time in their lives.
- PROSPERITY IN ONE LIFETIME: Everyone is an entrepreneur within fractal ventures. Folks join in as employees but, over time, catch the entrepreneurial spirit and get poised to receive shares in the company once it reaches profitability. They are safely taken care of by getting income till then. Post reaching a profitability stage, ventures offer opportunities for folks keen to make more money through rewards, extra money for extra work or value added and through shares. This way, just in a lifetime, wealth gets distributed, and a whole organisation of folks can be out of poverty as the venture follows the principle of distribution, as against hoarding that we see everywhere.
Except for the visionary entrepreneur, all others never feel stress. They are given a space to feel safe, grow well and be rewarded until they, too, start feeling like a visionary entrepreneur. Then, they will put their skin in the game and, who knows, probably invest in a new fractal venture.
The sky is the limit for the amount of impact possible through the Fractal Entrepreneurship Model. I bet it will take shape and form beyond what it is today if thoughtful folks join in and give it a greater impetus to spread. The way folks are talking to me, it seems like it won’t just stay a dream or be restricted to these 100-plus families who are now part of the Fractal Community.
