Radha Eswar is a revolutionary social entrepreneur who has dedicated her life to creating a more equitable and sustainable world. After surviving cancer once, she has had a recurrence that is terminal. Despite this, Radha has continued to work tirelessly on the Fractal Model of Social Entrepreneurship, an innovative model that exponentially impacts society and the environment positively.
Documenting her work
We (her incubatees and children) want to create a documentary on Radha’s life and work as well as a course for aspiring Fractal entrepreneurs to learn her methodology. We hope this enables us to inspire generations of social entrepreneurs.
The documentary will be an intimate portrait of her journey, from her early days as an upstart rebel to a cancer survivor to her work in the Fractal Model of Social Entrepreneurship.
For those of us in the community of 200 people who she has mentored, this will serve as a constant reminder to stay inspired. This is a great opportunity for aspiring and current social entrepreneurs to learn from Radha’s journey and be inspired by her work.
Please join us in honouring Radha’s legacy by donating today! Every rupee counts and your support is greatly appreciated!
What is our goal?
We aim to raise INR 1,20,000 (USD 1,450) to cover the cost of making the documentary. (Funded!)
As a Stretch Goal, we will aim to raise a further INR 4,00,000 (USD 4,880) to create an online course for aspiring Fractal Entrepreneurs to learn how to identify their passion, ideate for success, and build a successful Fractal Enterprise from it. This course will be available free to all donors and at a nominal cost for others to cover the ongoing platform and upkeep costs. Radha has already pulled together a framework for this course and it is inspiring to see the level of deep thought and experience that she is making available in it.
We will update progress on the goal every few hours.
Update on 04 Apr 2023
INR 4,98,809 raised of INR 5,20,000
What does donating do?
Your donation will help us cover production costs for the documentary, including equipment rentals, videography and editing fees, and other associated costs. Your contribution will also help us reach our goal of making this documentary available for free online so that everyone can benefit from its message.
The work has already started both for this documentary and to finish a course for entrepreneurs that Radha had started making. Your contribution will help us cover more ground.
As a thank you from us, we hope to share two gifts with you.
- Fun shots from the filming that don’t make it to the public documentary.
- A book on innovation written by Radha and Krish Murali Eswar which enables you to innovate multiple solutions to any difficult situation you might be having.
- And of course the finished documentary.
You will receive these in email over the next few months.

Update: 09-03-2023
Under the able guidance of doctors who specialise in palliative care, we are able to keep Radha as comfortable as possible she approaches her last few days in this life.
She’s facing it with her usual courage and strength.
Before she stopped being able to work, she has been able to film enough footage for us to be able to continue to make the documentary. She’s also finished outlining the course contents. As with all things in her life, she’s planned it well and enabled us to carry on the work.
We are a short distance from our fundraising goal. Do share this story with more people who might be passionate about social entrepreneurship and Radha’s work. We are committed to taking it forward.
